Splatt House is a quirky cottage over two levels just a ten minute stroll from Mount Hawke. It sleeps 6 in three bedrooms with a family bathroom. Living room, dining room, kitchen and sun room. lawned garden with courtyard. A unique Cornish cottage with oodles of personality, close to lovely golden beaches and Coast Path walking. Nearby there is St.Agnes and just a little further, excellent golf at Perranporth.
